surgio.gg is free to play in your browser. By playing you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't play.
Don't cheat. That means no modified clients, no scripts that aim or move for you, no speed hacks, and no automating the game. Don't try to overload, attack or probe the servers. The server checks what every player does, and anything it can't explain earns a strike. Strikes lead to suspensions and then bans, and bans cover your connection and your browser.
Pick a name you'd be fine showing anyone. Slurs, hate, harassment, impersonating other people, and anything sexual or threatening aren't allowed, in the game or in the Discord. I can rename, suspend or ban anyone who ignores this.
Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account. One person per account, and don't sell or trade accounts. I can remove accounts that break these terms, and you can ask me to delete yours at any time (see the privacy policy).
surgio.gg is actively developed. Tanks, stats, modes and balance change, sometimes a lot. Leaderboards and stats can be reset if they're found to be wrong, for example if a bug inflated them. Nothing in the game has money value, and nothing you earn in it is property.
The game is provided as it is. I do my best to keep it running and fair, but I can't promise it will always be online, bug-free, or that your progress can never be lost. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for losses that come from using the site.
